On June 6, Rep. Mo Brooks, now running for the U.S. Senate, revealed that a private investigator paid by Eric Swalwell entered his home without his permission and confronted his wife to serve Brooks with a lawsuit related to January 6. Brooks said that the entry was illegal, and slammed Swalwell for sending his team to his home.
In a press release, Brooks’ officec now says “Tuesday, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Congressman Eric Swalwell teammate Christian Seklecki of Georgia for the Class A misdemeanor of 1st Degree Criminal Trespass. Christian Seklecki illegally entered Congressman Mo Brooks’ (AL-05) home and accosted his wife, Martha Brooks, on June 6, 2021. On June 7, Congressman Brooks released home surveillance video proving Seklecki stalked Martha Brooks and ran into the Brooks’ home without the Brooks’ knowledge or permission.”
Brooks said, “Congressman Eric Swalwell lied in his politically motivated, meritless lawsuit against President Donald Trump and me when he falsely claimed I incited the January 6th Capitol violence. Swalwell’s attorneys lied again when they strutted in front of the news media like peacocks in heat and falsely accused me of avoiding Swalwell’s lawsuit service when the fact is they could have served me roughly a hundred times before, during or after both Swalwell and I voted together on the House floor, or served me by U.S. Mail to my home address. In fact, when they finally got serious about serving me with the lawsuit, they served me not once, not twice, but three times, all within one week! So much for avoiding service or being difficult to find!”

No hoardes of screaming press chasing Swalwell and demanding he answer for this? How about going to every other Democrat on the planet and asking them if they “support this illegal activity.”

It’s ok, party members have a lot of latitude.
Ironic that criminal trespass was committed in alleging that someone may have influenced others to criminaly trespass.
We sure hope he (Moe Brooks) is elected the new Senator from Alabama. He is a real fighter! That is unlike the Shelby clone.

At worst (for him) it’ll be “mistakes were made”, or “it was not our intent to violate his privacy, that’s just not who we are.”
More likely, it’ll be “this is just another baseless, scurrilous right-wing Republican attack, designed to deflect from his own criminal activity, which we intend to fully investigate.”
That’s be nice.
But I’d much rather see, Congressman Eric Swalwell’s teammate Christian Seklecki of Georgia, convicted and out in an Alabama state prison. Be nice to see him on the side of a highway, orange jumpsuit, a stick and plastic bag in his hands, picking up trash. Then going back to his cell with his cellmate.
Every day he gets to tell himself what a hero he is for doing what he did and gets to see and learn how Swalwell is still out their, living life. Not in a prison cell or eating prison slop.

He was lucky he didn’t get shot dead. The video looked exactly like a home invasion. She pulled into the garage and a car tailing from a distance came screaming up and a guy jumps out and runs right up to the drivers side of her car...INSIDE the garage.
Had she been alert and prepared and shot him, she would have been easily justified.
EVERY DEMOCRAT has become a national security threat. They are out of their minds and out of control. They have no limits because they are NEVER held responsible for their actions or dangerous rhetoric. Ilham Omar is a prime example of a national security threat and yet, she issues ANOTHER half assed apology, the DEMOCRATS issue a statement that “she was taken out of context” and she’s off the hook, and everyone forgets about what danger her words have created.

Will he be put in solitary confinement for an indeterminate time like the Washington trespassers?
And will the followup be an arrest warrant for Swallwell for espionage?
