One thing Coomo (as Rush always said) is right about — Tish James wants his job. That is a known fact.
I remember a onetime Manhattan DA named Frank Hogan. He ran in at least one election as a Republican-Democrat-Conservative-Liberal.
There are some “moderate” Democrats who get the Conservative endorsement. I remember theat they used to cross-endorse Mario Biaggi and several outer borough Democrats.
A Democrt State Senator named Jim Griffin was elected Mayor of Buffalo on the Conservative ticket after he lsot the Democrat primary to a black State Senator named Arthur Eve.
The current Conservative State Chairman is a friend of mine, though not particularly close. He and I have had arguments about this kind of thing.

Probably Cuomo & James cut a deal offering each other mutual political support going forward. I won’t be surprised if it’s “Senator Cuomo” before too long. And Governor James will support him in return for his support when she runs for Governor.
State politics is like “going thru the chairs” in a fraternal lodge. Nobody goes very far individually unless they play along and don’t rock the boat. If James had been really serious her report would have been accompanied by indictments.

Ah! I sit corrected. Michael was introducing Kay to everyone and telling her about the likes of Luca Brasi.
I think it was the inclusion of the nursing home thing in the impeachment investigation that pushed Cuomo over the edge.
Be nice if we could replace 19 RINOs..including McConnell.. with real Republicans.
