He blusters and giggles. A nut.
He probably didn’t catch the word “don’t” in that sentence, so he thinks they are praising him.
And he is taking a vacation right now as he needs to sleep in his bassinet at his own home like a pathetic baby.
This is disgusting. This man is deteriorating in front of the entire world with tens of thousands of peoples’ lives on the line and no one is saying a f-ing word.
They spent days excoriating President Trump over how he drank a glass of water so he wouldn’t get it on his silk tie but crickets for the man who has had such severe injuries to his brain with aneurisms that he has had parts removed and is completely incompetent.
The jerk is not laughing at the credibility of the question, he is laughing at whoever asked it along with all those who believe it is correct knowing that nothing will happen.

Bin Laden warned in 2010 letter that Biden would ‘lead US into crisis

Osama bin Laden once warned al Qaeda not to target Joe Biden because he believed that his inheriting the presidency if something were to happen to Barack Obama would “lead the US into a crisis,” a resurfaced letter shows.
In the letter dated May 2010, the al Qaeda 9/11 mastermind wrote he had no assassination plots against Biden because he deemed him “totally unprepared” to lead the United States.
Instead, bin Laden urged his followers to be on the lookout for then-President Obama.
He told them there was a high priority to target aircrafts belonging to Obama and then-CIA director David Petraeus.
“They are not to target visits by US Vice President Biden. The groups will remain on the lookout for Obama or Petraeus,” bin Laden wrote.

“The reason for concentrating on them is that Obama is the head of infidelity and killing him automatically will make Biden take over the presidency for the remainder of the term, as it is the norm over there.
“Biden is totally unprepared for that post, which will lead the US into a crisis.
“As for Petraeus, he is the man of the house in this last year of the war, and killing him would alter the war’s path.”
The letter was uncovered in a treasure-trove of documents found in the terrorist’s Pakistan hideout after he was killed by US forces in a raid on May 2, 2011.
The documents, penned between 2006 and 2011, are publicly available through West Point’s Combating Terrorism Center.
Bid Laden’s criticism of Biden has resurfaced amid the botched withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan and the Taliban takeover.

The truth is that Afghanistan was as stable as it gets until Biden intentionally destabilized it and it could have been held indefinitely with the 2500 American troops already in country - and not one killed or injured by enemy action in 18 months
The other lie is the Afghan's rapid collapse was completely inevitable and not due to Biden's disastrous approach.
If that were the case, why was Biden pumping tons weapons into Afghanistan before. he cut ad ran - other than to intentionally supply them to the Taliban

A majority may agree Biden is a blithering nincompoop, but the fact remains a very significant block of voters (~40ish%) are okay with that as long as Orange Man Bad is gone.
Kamala too. They both come across as uncaring at best and inappropriate and even mentally ill at worst.
