About two months ago my step-daughter's cat had a litter of kittens. The only male in the group is a bright orange tabby. It has a little bit of a pug nose, and is by far and away the brawler of the litter. He's also the most uncoordinated of the group and stumbles around like he's drunk.

Just he other day I remarked, "He has all the characteristics of and Irishman!"

My youngest son, 24, went the no college route. He got his CDL at 21 and is very much in demand. He just closed on his first house last week and is moving in. He’s doing quite well.

You are probably right. There are people who report that the Notre Dame theology department became so “diverse” that it was accurately described as “anti Catholic”. Don’t forget that they also found it appropriate to hire Buttigieg’s father as a professor who was a flaming radical socialist. The invitation and honoring of Obama made Catholics, not affiliated with Notre Dame but who thought it a symbol of Catholic soladarity, aware of the decadent reality.

Irish Americans are not snowlflakes. Some woke a-holes can declare that we should be offended, but we aren’t. We’re not all Notre Dame fans but I believe that if they banned the angry leprechaun most Irish Americans would be offended by THAT.
