By act of Congress experimental drugs cannot be forced on soldiers. Unless they come up with doses of this Comirnaty drug for use on soldiers, it is still banned. If they do inject our soldiers with Comirnaty, Pfizer is liable to lawsuit for injury and death, as the vaccination protections were removed.
