Odd they didn’t start with that since they say things are so bad. I think it’s a resource problem on their end.
What I see is the media trying to make the populace think most everyone is under a mandate when that isn’t true at all. Not even close at this time.
No, it is a psyops, gradually up the requirements, strategy.
Part of that too is pulling back in waves—particularly if people start to mount too much resistance. Each time, however, their control spirals up higher.
Most tragically, it is working.
