It would be nice if the Supreme Court would use this case to address the overreach of regulatory agencies creating laws without legislation.

Well seeing as how several state SOS and others circumvented state election laws making up their own laws... and SCOTUS dismissed most of those for standing
The question will be do workers will have any more standing than voters at SCOTUS?
