Those are the two most important D3 cofactors, especially needed if you are taking lots of D3. Say above 5000 iu daily. There are 6 other cofactors which I do not obsess about. One is taking fish oil, omega three. One naturopath on youtube said the best absorption of D3 is with a meal that has oils or animal fats in it.
Taking D3 with a glass of water or juice sound wrong to me, since D3 is an oil based vitamin.
