Thank you. I am taking 50,000 IU once a week (for 8 weeks) and also supplementing with 2000 IU daily plus safe sun exposure. After I get my D in the safe zone, I will continue with 2000 IU daily plus the sun exposure. The D supplement I am taking (1000 IU & K) does have MCT oil; however, Dr. Holick said it is not necessary to take fat with D but I am doing it anyway. I will watch the video. Thanks again!
