Not checking his backpack after viewing that drawing is inexcusable.
I don't care what the kids story was!

Maybe that prosecutor should charge those who bullied the kid, too. And all those teachers who were too afraid to admonish those bullies. And the parents of the bullies, too.

All the public school administrators I know are already extremely timid, cautious, hyper-bureaucratic and unmotivated.
Imagine what a new risk/fear of being held liable for violence in schools is going to do to their work attitude?
They won’t even get out of bed in the morning (but they’ll still demand to be paid, of course)

The School Staff were under an obligation to search the childs backpack and locker. They did not.
You bet the school officials can be charged. I hope they are.

This is probably another Soros/Blumberg joint funded prosecutor. They are going to make owning guns a very scary proposition. Exercising your right to keep and bare arms requires $much$ responsibility.

Do you remember the kid who was suspended from school because the
teacher claimed the kid's Pop-Tart was chewed into the shape of a gun!

Angry? That sounds rather emotional.

The teachers should NOT be getting in trouble. They reported to the administration, after that it was out of their hands

I assumed they were the ones shot.

I am not convinced that there WERE bullies. That is gossip at this point.

Apparently it is everyone's fault.

No, they were not the bullies. The murderer just shot random kids as he walked down the hall. They were not specific targets.
