Tulsi Gabbard Warns US-Russia War Will End ‘Life As We Know It’
Magpunch ^ | 24 January 2022 | #TulsiGabbard

Former US congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard issued a blunt warning via Twitter on Thursday about rising America-Russia tensions, arguing a conflict between “two nuclear-armed powers” can only end in “the destruction of the world and life as we know it.”

“Warmongers” currently in office, the Democrat argued, are escalating tensions with Russia. President Joe Biden and other administration officials have issued multiple threats to Russia should they move troops into Ukraine, something some US officials claim is likely because of recent military movements. Moscow has denied this, saying these troop maneuvers are an internal matter and any allegations of a planned offensive are groundless.

Gabbard, one of the more vocal Democratic Party critics of the current administration, included a Fox News interview clip in her tweet. In it, she specifically pointed to Secretary of State Antony Blinken and National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan as supporters of “regime change wars.” She added that they are the people “influencing the decisions that are being made by this White House.”

BTW, my wife’s best friend is stuck in Poland. She went over to visit with her kids since they live there and she got covid, recovered, and now is having a hell of a time getting back to the USA. She is terrified. We have been trying to get her on a plane and out of there.

She grew up in the city where Copernicus was from. She grew up in the Old Soviet Block and does not like the Russians at all, but HATES the Germans. She doesnt like the Ukrainians either.

Agreed. Plus, the old joke about not wanting to belong to a club that would have one. Sort of applies to NATO these days.

Bulgaria? Hello? Bulgarians are the sorriest lot of soldiers I’ve ever seen. And that’s saying a lot. I mean, they make the “Bungle-a-deshi” soldiers look like paragons of military honor and discipline.

Yet we have our tax dollars at work subsidizing the likes of the Bulgarian, Romanian, Albanian, etc. militaries. Sigh.

Exactly.
Poland is a crossroads and not in a good way.

Dunno that it would help.
It might give the Poles more indefensible territory.

Silview media does a reasonable job of assembling available video of the YGLs, but unfortunately for your ‘theory’ Tulsi Gabbard does not appear in any of it. I have no doubt YGL is a globalist attempt to influence people, but I see no evidence Gabbard herself took the bait...in fact quite the opposite.

“When Russia grabbed the Crimea, and they accused Putin of internet hacking, that is when the battle started.”

As far as i remember, Obamo & co. released a strongly worded statement + sent some blankets to the Ukrs. What would you want them to do ? Celebrate the annexation ? Most of the other countries would have been bombed by the USAF for less than that. Now you can say that America shouldn't be the world's policeman and so on but that's another issue.

Obama folks didn't start the battle, they were terribly weak towards Russia. Just like Bidens had been terribly weak towards Russia until a few weeks ago. Only Trump really supported Ukraine and then Vlad kept his trap shut. A sort of peace through strength.

Hard to say what's really going on right now. Quite likely Putin, seeing impotence of Bidens, decided to carry out just another “look at my dick, it's so huge” kind of action and Bidens... misunderstood ? panicked ? ...and things may really get dangerous.

Both Bulgaria and Romania spent a lot on your stupid wars + they have +$7 billion orders of US made weapons in progress. It's not really you subsidizing them.

Why is she stuck and terrified ? It took me 2 min to find this: https://apply.joinsherpa.com/travel-restrictions/USA?affiliateid=lot&originCountry=POL&nationality=USA&departureDate=2022-01-24&returnDate=2022-01-31&tripType=roundTrip&transitType=noTransit&fullyVaccinated=false&language=en-US&affiliateId=lot

It seems US citizens and legal residents do not (surprisingly) have to be vaxed, just a negative covid test done within the last 24h and that's it.

Do you recall how you learned that? I’ve read very little about Gabbard lately and have been curious about why she is considered “deep state”.

*My* stupid wars? I can’t recall any wars I started, or any wars I was all gung ho for us to get into. Rather the opposite.

Whatever stuff they ordered, the $ goes into the pockets of the arms manufacturers. A big 7 billion. Okay. I hope their soldiers can figure out how to use whatever it is they ordered.

Seriously, have you ever met a Bulgarian soldier?

“the $ goes into the pockets of the arms manufacturers.”

It also goes to the pockets of Americans working for them and to the federal budget.

“*My* stupid wars?”

Yes.

“Seriously, have you ever met a Bulgarian soldier?”

Personally ? No. I’ve seen Romanians and they seemed to be fairly fine. Anyway, that’s irrelevant, the bottom line here is that you are not subsidizing them, they are subsidizing you.

I’ve not seen Romanian soldiers and can’t comment on them. Polish are good, worked with them a lot. Ukrainian ... um, well. They’re interesting. Mixed bag. Heavy drinkers! Some officers were quite good. I worked with them quite a lot.

Russian. I couldn’t believe we were once so scared of the Red Army. But that was in the 90s when they were at their worst and practically starving. Some, after going so long without pay, killed themselves so their widows and children could get their death benefit and pension and get something to eat (the Russian government still paid those, but was not paying living serving soldiers at the time). It was all very sad. I imagine they’ve improved by now. Surely.

But the Bulgarian soldiers are the worst of the worst. Maybe they’ve improved in the years since I saw them. I hope so. I never saw a stupider nastier bunch in my life. Bulgarian civvies were fine. I was friends with some. Their version of the KGB was quite nasty back in the day, though. Real creeps.

The USA pays by far the lion’s share of the NATO common budget (not just NATO “defense spending”). And we tend to give stuff to poorer NATO countries, too.

I don’t blame people in other countries hating our stupid wars. I hated them, too. I am not happy about the trouble we stirred up in Ukraine, either. I was furious at the time, but I am but one small person and had no power to stop it.

Except through NATO, they’re not our problem.

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.

“The one thing for sure no country is EVER dumb or stupid enough to launch nuclear weapons first.”

That’s because up until now we had leaders who were in control of their faculties.

pResident xiden on the other hand with his dementia and access to the nuclear launch codes poses a very real threat.

This is just another step towards the great reset.
