Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s Capitol Police are alleged to have illegally entered the office of Congressman Troy Nehls (R-TX), photographing confidential legislative products and grilling staff, according to reports. The police – now under formal investigation – stand accused of dressing up as construction workers and attempting another entry just two days later.
The stunning, Watergate-style scandal comes after almost a year of warnings that Speaker Pelosi and Democrats in Congress were politicizing the Capitol Police, using them as a Stasi-style enforcement unit against GOP opponents. Reports suggest Capitol Police have built intelligence dossiers on those illegally investigated.

Did Schiff and Pelosi put them up to it? Some elected official, or top aide to some elected Democrat put them up to it. Was secret money exchanged for their doing it, because I can’t see someone putting their job/career on the line to do it without being compensated in some way. If they did it for nothing, then they are dumber than a box of rocks. The person behind it, won’t have their back. I bet this isn’t the first time it’s been done...just the first time they got caught. We know Obama used his spy agencies to monitor the communications of Republican Congressional members. And of course, nobody was punished for that either. This will likely go nowhere too.
Haven't most of the jailed January 6th participants been charged with trespassing, and disorderly conduct? If this isn't trespassing, and breaking and entering, I don't know what is. And, they disguised themselves to do it. They need to be thrown in the same DC jail that those Patriots are being held.

When she announced that she would open a branch of her 'secret police' in Florida to 'monitor' citizens involved in seditious acts against the govt, I wrote Gov DeSantis and asked that he block this unconstitutional intrusion against our freedoms and privacy... he agreed!
For all who do not know how the constitutional 'separation of powers' works: the legislature writes the laws; they have no power to enforce them. That is the duty of the executive branch: the DoJ, the DHS, etc. When the Capitol Police were converted into riot police on Jan 06, 2020 the destruction of the constitutional doctrine of the separation of powers began... and remember that the executive - Prez Trump - offered the Speaker National Guard troops to handle any trouble that day... the Speaker has suppressed that offer in order to use her 'Select Committee' to indict Prez Trump for fomenting insurrection. {Let's see if she can 'indict' or whether she actually properly goes to the Attorney General...}
