She thinks they’re still in the game, but the president and moderate Democrats need to stop thinking they can return to an era where a backroom deal with the GOP could be reached because that kind of thinking killed the Build Back Better Bill. So, they cannot remove the Pervert without first getting rid of her.
They know no amount of fraud, cheating, or anything else will save them right now. They are looking at epic losses in 22 and an even bigger defeat in 24, as Bannon says, a “once in a lifetime chance” to actually eliminate most of the DemoKKKrat Party.

“Executive orders” are orders for the ADMINISTRATIVE BRANCH of the government, which The President leads.
He is like the head of a company. Someone has to run the day-to-day operations, and so The President runs the government office.
EXECUTIVE ORDERS ARE *NOT* LAWS for the general population.
