Three Republican states have sued the Biden administration to prevent the repeal of the Title 42 policy, a public-health measure that has allowed U.S. border agents to immediately expel illegal border crossers.
The suit claims that the administration violated the Administrative Procedure Act when terminating the policy. Attorneys general Mark Brnovich of Arizona and Eric Schmitt of Missouri, along with Louisiana solicitor general Elizabeth Murrill, signed on to the suit.
“This suit challenges an imminent, man-made, self-inflicted calamity: the abrupt elimination of the only safety valve preventing this Administration’s disastrous border policies from devolving into an unmitigated chaos and catastrophe,” the lawsuit, first reported by Fox News, states in its introduction.
“We want to stop the Biden administration from rescinding Title 42 because it may be one of the most boneheaded decisions of this administration, and they have done a lot of dumb things,” Brnovich told Fox & Friends on Monday. “I’m doing everything I can to hold the Biden administration accountable and stop them from destroying our southern border.”

About gosh darn time! They may be the minority, for the moment, but they should be filing lawsuit after lawsuit regarding negligence protecting the southern border.

Should all be presented a petition which asks if he or she supports the repeal of title 42, and extend that petition to ask if they support open borders, and an additional question on whether they support completion of the border wall.
The American people need to know how their ‘leaders’ feel about the major issues of the day, and the border issue is a major one.

I think Biden is violating the Constitution where he has swore an oath to protect our borders from invasion. Charges should be brought against him for not upholding the Constitution.

The GOP is consistent with their focus on short term gains. The Dems play the long game, and that’s why they are currently kicking the crap out of the GOP.

The main purpose of the GOP since the Bush League took over in 1989 has been to block the citizens from stopping the Bush Plan for North Mexico (aka USA)
