During an interview aired on Thursday’s edition of CNN+’s “The Source with Kasie Hunt,” White House Chief Medical Adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci reacted to the CDC’s transportation mask mandate being struck down in court by stating that “we are concerned…about courts getting involved in things that are unequivocally public health decisions. I mean, this is a CDC issue. It should not have been a court issue.”

Much of the BS spouted by Fauci and company is to divert attention from the fact that our government funded the development of a virus which in some way was unleashed on our population; the primary purpose of the official reaction seems to have been to replace Trump in the White House. A friend works in the health field and took the vax and wears mask. She asked me why i won’t get vax. I said I’d explain if she would listen to it.
She couldn’t do it.
The CDC was giddy with power when this came about, and used it ASAP to extend their scope of influence.
Had the mask mandate been allowed to continue then I have no doubt whatsoever that within this administrations time in office they would have mandated the banning of all tobacco products under the exact same conditions and excuses they used for the mask mandate.
Why not?
Second hand smoke is a danger to those around them, like COVID.
It’s a health hazard clogging up the hospitals and ERs with the effects of them, like COVID.
It’s costing taxpayers billions in lost work and health care claims, like COVID.
It’ll be supersized soda bans like Bloomberg mandated on a national scale, for the exact same reasons he used.

Courts can and should be involved in decisions as to the extent of government authority, because if people like Faux Xi are left to their own devices, we will once again be stuck in a medical dictatorship.
