Not to worry: President Joe Biden has suffered two brain surgeries, and is functioning just fine. /

Bummer. Wonder he was thrice vaccinated andl fully boosted? You know, triple infected (er, protected.)
The leading democrat for the PA (Palestine in their minds, not Pennsylvania) Senate coronation also had a stroke this weekend.

The stroke would have been much worse if he wasn’t vaccinated.

Western Maryland? As in anything west of Hagerstown? This is rock solid conservative country. What was he doing there? Pretending to care about the flyover people?
At one time, the panhandle and the eastern shore (the only parts of Maryland worth a damn) had their own congresspeople before the state legislature gerrymandered them out of existence.

Sorry, I now realize you were asking why he was in Western Maryland (good question) not how he was elected.

So, Van Hollen, you Demonrat, how’s that jab working for ya? Strokes are among the ‘vax’ injuries, you know.

He released a statement:
"This weekend, I was admitted to George Washington University Hospital after experiencing lightheadedness and acute neck pain while I was delivering a speech in Western Maryland. At the recommendation of the Attending Physician, I sought medical attention upon my return home. Earlier today, an angiogram indicated that I had experienced a minor stroke in the form of a small venous tear at the back of my head. Fortunately, I have been informed that there are no long-term effects or damage as a result of this incident, but my doctors have advised that out of an abundance of caution I remain under observation for a few days. I look forward to returning to work in the Senate later this week and thank the medical team for their excellent care."

I live in St Mary’s County in Southern Maryland.
I would say it’s worth more of a damn than where you live.
Wherever that is.

St. Mary’s County, Maryland is God’s Country. I miss it.

He was probably elected by the overwhelming vote from urban areas...like many blue states. Repeal the 17th Amendment.

I looked it up. St. Mary's County is close enough to the Eastern Shore and far enough away from the parasitic DC that I'd include it in the eastern shore for cultural and salvation purposes.
I see you also have your own (real) Amish community.
