If I worked my way through the rushes there was not a grant of the application for a stay but after some back & forth the Supreme court granted a writ of certiorari, asking the lower court to forward the case materials, and indicating the SC will hear the case next session?
It would be very positive to have the SC reaffirm the Constitution re the primacy of the state legislatures not the state court to control state election requirements & procedures.
