Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) said Sunday that the House committee investigating the Jan. 6 riot is “fully prepared to contemplate a subpoena” for Virginia “Ginni” Thomas, the wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, if she won’t testify before the committee voluntarily.
“The committee is engaged with her counsel. We certainly hope that she will agree to come in voluntarily but the committee is fully prepared to contemplate a subpoena if she does not,” Cheney told CNN “State of the Union” co-host Jake Tapper. “I hope it doesn’t get to that. I hope she will come in voluntarily.”

This won’t stop in November. Win or lose, Cheney is in the House and Dems in control until January 3, 2023.
Thomas has a very good attorney, I think he will advise her to take the 5th. And the Supreme Court will love seeing the congressfools attack their families.

They are trying to find a basis for Justice Thomas being forced to recuse himself in any case associated w J6.
Is Trump on trial? If so, what has he been charged with? Where are his witnesses and defense (videos that prove people were let in, prove FBI instigated, prove that the election was indeed stolen)? When does he get to present his case to the public? He has rights, no?
