Why am I reminded of Orwell’s “doublethink”...holding two contradictory ideas in your mind and believing both?

I’m sorry. It appears from a few directions that it is possible for a person to receive a transplanted uterus, and with a lot of help from the medical field, to receive a fertilized egg, having it installed in the new uterus, and have growth and childbirth. So far that has only been accomplished with women that have received the transplant and not men. So it is possible to give the ability to childbirth to a woman.
But the ability to do it with a man receiving a transplant uterus has not been accomplished yet even though with medical assistance to include some sort of substances and/or hormone changes, it may be possible. They don’t know how to do that one yet so for a doctor (?) to say it can be done is not the truth yet. If no one has and the right procedures within the effort have not been determined according to anything I can find, then how can the doc’s statement be factual:
‘Men Can Have Pregnancies, Especially Trans Men’
In short, he, either, lied or is a complete idiot.

It doesn’t say people. It says men. No man in the information I have found, has given birth with or without a uterus transplant.
A woman that calls herself a man has a uterus in most situations. If the uterus is operational, it can conceive and give birth.

I’d contend even if a man who had a uterus transplanted were able to “give birth” it would not in fact be giving birth.
Could the fake doctor tell me if he know anyone who was pregnant and is a XY person! I saw something about it in a SCI-FI story..

And that is what the doctor saying what he did becomes gray area. Neither a man nor a woman gives birth by his theory, which is only half right at the moment, because there is no rock solid way to determine what a man or woman is. Over time it may be possible for anybody to give birth given the right tools to accomplish it. Probably not in my lifetime thank God.
Society has been trying to change the roles of gender for many years. Being able to conceive and birth is just the last step in my thoughts. And then who’s going to get the business tax breaks and the house. Can of worms.
