Is this one of those intentionally-ambiguously-worded things where NO really means YES?
Kind of like the “Inflation Reduction Act” yes. What it does is forbid any law EVER from becoming law that would hinder the union organizing, collective bargaining, union requirement etc. etc.
In a nutshell it would prohibit the state from EVER becoming a “Right to Work” state essentially until the end of time.
