As if John Fetterman’s debate with Dr. Oz wasn’t enough of a campaign killer, Joe Biden announced today that he will be closing coal plants in favor of wind and solar power.
Joe Biden just said that he’s going to shut down coal plants all over America and replace them with wind and solar.

Let’s see how that goes over with Pennsylvania voters, especially considering that Fetterman claimed a while back he is against fracking, although he flip-flopped when asked about this in the debate.
What happens if Pennsylvania loses coal and fracking? The state will be financially gutted. More importantly for now, how will Pennsylvania voters respond to Gropey Joe’s threats to close coal plants?
Pennsylvania is the second-largest producer of gas and the third-largest producer of coal in the nation. There are roughly 18,000 people employed directly or indirectly in the coal business, people who may not want to be unemployed because of the Democrats’ war on coal, gas, and fossil fuels in general.

They probably figure all the early votes are so far in their favor that they don’t need any more votes to win. Or they are confident they can manufacture enough votes to overcome any negative effect of this profoundly stupid announcement.
This is a PERFECT example why all early voting should be outlawed. People do not have all the needed information to make an informed decision 4, 6, or 8 weeks before Election Day.

You’re right, nowhere does the Constitution give Fedgov the power to close a mine. But there are these alphabet agencies like EPA, OSHA,IRS and others, also not mentioned in the Constitution, who issue permits and have the authority to issue million $ fine$. Government by unelected bureaucrats who WILL resort to Lawfare to get what they want.

My take on this is that the democrats know they have lost the independent voters, and need to do whatever they can just to motivate their core base to vote.
It’s going to be a major wipeout on Tuesday.
Bugs Bunny would say, “What a maroon!” But this is only the start of it. I look for gas prices to soar after the midterms. It’s no secret that Democrats and elitists are out to make the 99% give up their motor vehicles for bicycles and mass transit. The “great resetters” don’t like the freedom and independence the automobile gives the proletariat.
So you already know that you have won the election due to fraud, so you say that you are going to shut down coal mines, then you win the election and say the voters issued a mandate to do it.

My grandfather on my mother’s side mined coal in Kentucky. He died from complications of black lung in 1968 when I was 1 year old.
See, there is no need for coal power. Grandpa and millions of other dead miners are now spinning in their graves fast enough to produce all the power we’ll ever need.
I’m down with early voting; just start it at a reasonable time, such as the Thursday before the election and have it go through Sunday. Starting it a month or two before election day proves we have lost our sanity.
Germany is shutting down its wind power in favor of building a new coal generated powefr plant for the coming winter.
