That is using common sense, rationality, which means it will not be done. It smacks of white privilege and systemic racism. It also would prevent democrats from stealing the election.
They ARE paper ballots. In Pima County, they print out a ballot when you sign in. But I doubt anyone in Maricopa will be unable to vote due to any malfunctions. DEMS might be prevented but CONSERVATIVES will do whatever it takes to vote!
