Really, where have you been? This is not a secret or some conspiracy theory. This is a proven fact. A simple google search of SV40 will show thousands of results.
They used monkey kidney cells in the vaccine that infected everyone with SV40, and even the government fully acknowledges it. It’s really not up for debate.
The first result in a simple google search produced this:

Now, a good conspiracy theory would be that the government also used monkey cells that were infected with SIV which is the monkey equivalent to HIV, when they tested their Hepatitis vaccine on the gay community in the 80’s.
The government still denies that the monkey cells that were used in the vaccine trial were infected with SIV.

I concur with your statement. We studied the contamination of vaccines with viruses in graduate Microbiology. There have been several incidents with vaccines...the USAF created an adenovirus vaccine that was contaminated with an onc gene in 1973 and gave it to 1000 troops before they stopped. With today’s technology virologists can detect piggyback viruses in a sample which wasn’t available in the 60’s and 70’s.
