I believe the dems want this outcome.
They know the charges are bogus.
However blaming failure on juror impropriety allows them to blame that for the reason, not having to admit the charges are bogus and “trumped-up”
So they keep all their anger and talking points
And Trump is free, and therefore still a menace at large to demonize and harass more
The judge that approved of this Grand Jury, (and released portions of the Grand Jury report), needs to rescind the report and order a new Grand Jury to be seated with his supervision and agreement on all witnesses subpoenaed. No indictments recommended by the Grand Jury should be allowed to result in an indictment until the new, (and court supervised), Grand Jury has completed its investigation of the alleged crimes and made a final report that the judge has reviewed for completeness and lack of bias in the proceedings and jurors.
