Philadelphia suburbs here. All but one have been picked up—the police have an idea who she is. So many people are avoiding all sporting events. Residents of very high end condos are moving out because “no one’s going anywhere” .Not unusual to read of 9 and 10 year old kids out at all hours with roaming armed groups looking for trouble. No father, no structure, no future.
Hopefully, a real Mayor is coming.
