Hunter Biden is suing the computer repair shop owner who said the president's son dropped off a laptop and never returned to claim it, The Washington Post reported.
The 42-page lawsuit, filed Friday in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, escalates the fight over how controversial data and images of Biden were obtained almost five years ago.

On a talk show today it was said that Hunter had denied it was his laptop. Now he sues over what was on a laptop that was not his.

IMO the primary purpose of filing this lawsuit is to allow SloJoe, Hunter, nitwit press sec KJP, et al, a full stop on any answering questions broadly related to the laptop.

A distinct possibility.
The DOJ will arrest the entire courtroom on chi1d p0rn charges during discovery.
