When you are making constant excuses for DeSantis' prosperity and constant excuses for Trump's horrible endorsements/hirings, then you have nothing.
FACT: DeSantis has been implementing true conservatism in Florida since he won in 2018 and without apology or moderation.
Yes, demographics helped DeSantis, but he also didn't kill off his elderly in nursing homes during covid, he stopped the mask and vax mandates, he stopped the lockdowns, he implemented school choice, constitutional carry, cut taxes, implemented a conservation program (not preservation) of the Everglades, sent migrants to Martha's Vineyard, took on Disney and Anheuser-Busch despite their donations to him.
And Trump attacks these conservative policies, saying they made Florida a horrible place.
If Florida is such a horrible place under DeSantis, why does Trump continue to reside there?
