Those are especially nasty. The concussion will kill at a very great distance. In close, they will either burn you up or blow your lungs out. Doesnt matter if your in a hole, in a basement, or in a tank.

Vacuum bombs are worse if you’re in an enclosed area. I remember Syrian forces taking out a sniper hold up in an apartment. The initial and then secondary explosion splattered the snipers body all over the room.
