Nope. Creating new laws that criminals will continue to ignore is never the answer. If government did its basic job of keeping the peace and arresting scum who violate existing laws, the world wouldn't be going to hell in a handbasket.

There are protesters who have glued themselves to certain things (with superglue,I assume). My policy there would be to just pull them away...and if some of their flesh was torn off as a result...tough bleep!
