Lukashenka agreed with Prigozhin to stop military convoys
According to the press service of the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, having enlisted the support of Vladimir Putin, spent the whole day negotiating with the head of Wagner PMC Yevgeny Prigozhin.
As a result, the parties came to a mutually beneficial agreement, after which the movement of armed persons of the Wagner company on Russian territory was stopped.

And Lukashenko's hiding out in Turkey anyway, so how could he have negotiated anything.
“So, Scott Ritter had it right.”
Link?
Lukashenka should get the Nobel Peace Prize then.
:)
DRATS, FOILED AGAIN! 🙀🙀
These guys might as well be African countries.
Dung hole countries. 19th century warlord crap.
“Webbunion podcast is even saying it’s a 50/50 chance the whole thing is to do exactly that. That being to basically confuse the west while they are preparing to strike their own summer offensive. Perhaps even from Belarus”
I said something along those lines - that they Wagner and Putin worked this together in order to draw out the Ukrainians to finally launch the rest of their “Greatest Counteroffensive Operation”...seems as though I may be been close here!
When you aim for the king you’d better not miss, and Wagner missed.
I suspect this may all be part of Prigozhin’s plan: His forces approach Moscow, political figures supporting Prigozhin call for national unity adn negotiations, and Shoigu and Gerasimov end up getting sacked with perhaps even Prigozhin becoming Minister of Defense or at least one of his allies like Surovikin taking the position.
Wagner Group had been promised a disengagement and withdrawal from Ukraine after carrying the load in Ukraine for the last 9 months. Looks like they got what they were promised.
The column of Chechens coming at them may have been a deterrent.
Based on what the Chef is saying, the two people Putin needs to shoot are his two top Generals.
Just saying..... who really knows what the hell is happening over there

Ritter nails it!
No, the negotiations stopped, and now there are conflicting info. We have to wait.
#BREAKING Prigozhin in audio message: To avoid bloodshed we are returning our convoys to bases

And there is this from Michael Yon. He claims a Dutch bases with NATO nukes went “dark” Poland supposedly was on defcon 1 and Russian nuclear forces on the highest alert. All this morning.
What scares me is I haven’t heard even a peep fro the media which is what I would expect if it was real:

So now Wagner is redeployed for a Kiev offensive
“The column of Chechens coming at them may have been a deterrent.”
Good point - kind of hard to keep up spirits when fully armed Chechens are coming at you.
Yeah, but Americans are the best at 2 year investigations and media narrative.
the Russians can never beat us at that.
FR pearl-clutchers are having a sad.
