In a revolution, where the parties are very belligerent against each other and their disagreements and demands remain very distant, no agreement for peace or ceasefire will be long-lasting. What the parties do during a cease-fire or peace agreement, is regroup and rearm and plan again.

It ain’t over till it’s over, and in Russia, nothing is ever over.
