EXCLUSIVE: Former President Trump told Fox News Digital his fourth indictment comes during a "dark period for our country" but vowed to win the 2024 presidential election and "Make America Great Again."

Trump was indicted for the fourth time Monday night - this time out of the Georgia probe into alleged efforts to overturn 2020 election.

"Nineteen people were indicted, and the whole world is laughing at the United States as they see how corrupt and horrible a place it has turned out to be under the leadership of Crooked Joe Biden," Trump told Fox News Digital during an exclusive interview late Monday night.

Trump and more than a dozen others were charged, including his former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, his former attorneys Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Jenna Ellis, Kenneth Chesebro, Jeff Clark, John Eastman, among others.

The charges include violating the Georgia RICO Act - the Racketeer Influenced And Corrupt Organizations Act; Solicitation of Violation of Oath by a Public Officer; Conspiracy to Commit Impersonating a Public Officer; Conspiracy to Commit Forgery in the First Degree; Conspiracy to Commit False Statements and Writings; Conspiracy to Commit Filing False Documents; Conspiracy to Commit Forgery in the First Degree; Filing False Documents; and Solicitation of Violation of Oath by a Public Officer. Not everyone faces the same charges.

"The racist and corrupt district attorney of Fulton County, which has turned out to be a murder capital of the world with among the highest violent crime levels anywhere in our country, just opened a fundraising site in order to benefit off the things she most campaigned on, ‘I will get Donald Trump,’" he said, slamming Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.

Trump told Fox News Digital that this "is a continuation of the greatest and longest-running Witch Hunt...

The point is to take him off the ballot in several key states, so he has no chance of winning.

Perhaps, but I think they are throwing everything they can at him and hoping something can help them take him out somewhere somehow. They've been trying for years. They know demented joe can't win this time.

“The point is to take him off the ballot in several key states, so he has no chance of winning.”

The point is all of the above and they are also wet-dreaming about being able to say that they succeeded in ‘jailing’ Trump.

My question is... why hasn’t Trump followed legal advice and asked the USSC to intervene with an emergency hearing. He seems to be resisting that advice for some reason. I don’t get it. Is there some hidden ulterior motive that I’m not aware of?

That will come when necessary, not yet.

“That will come when necessary, not yet.”

And that is part of my question re: an ulterior motive. Why the delay and wait? What is it accomplishing?

The proceeding are just in their infancy, he only has indictments, his lawyers haven't even begun seeing evidence yet.

The election of 1876 presents a closer fact pattern to the situation which confronts us today except in one vital and decisive respect, the parties, the American North the American South, came together in 1876 in a corrupt bargain but one which least left contesting parties satisfied so that the compromise could prevail for 90 years. The deal put Rutherford Hayes in the White House and took federal forces of occupation out of the South ended reconstruction but sent the stage for Jim Crow.

The election of 1860 presents a closer analogy to today in this sense: the contesting factions had passed beyond understanding much less accepting the policies of the other side. The anti-slavery movement in the north, especially in Massachusetts and, fed by the powerful emotional reaction to “Uncle Tom’s Cabin,” condemned the South in moral terms and became increasingly militant in its demands that slavery be ended.

The South reacted to Lincoln’s election, a plurality victor without a majority, to conclude that the federal government would now deploy its power increasingly against the South which would find itself helpless. In other words, the South no longer accepted that the constitutional system would protect it, its culture, economy, freedoms and, yes, slavery from northern tyranny.

To the South, the mere election of Abraham Lincoln signaled that they could no longer coexist in the American government system as it evolved in 1860. So the South commenced what it regarded to be the Second War of American Independence.

What will patriotic conservatives conclude when and if the Marxists currently in power and who currently are abusing that power, prevail in their ambitions?

“...why hasn’t Trump followed legal advice and asked the USSC to intervene with an emergency hearing.”

We don’t know, and I am not sure it has to be done in August 2023.

It is not a simple as it sounds as he is indicted in federal and state jurisdictions. Therefore the Supremes could split or nail the coffin shut on his emergency appeal. Instinctively I do not see them stopping GA and NY after what they did not do (take up the case despite Alito’s warning) when PA supreme court unconstitutionally interfered in PA’s 2020 election. Also, I think Roberts and maybe ACB or Kave-inaugh would vote with the leftists to allow the feral judicial process to go forward.

“The proceeding are just in their infancy, he only has indictments, his lawyers haven’t even begun seeing evidence yet.”

The judge can imprison Trump now, in the “infancy”...and if the judge decides that Trump goes to jail, what then? An arrest warrant has been issued for Trump in Georgia now.

I see some urgency here. There is nothing these leftists won’t do, obviously, to ‘get Trump’. Are they, the Trump defense team, going to wait to petition the USSC until after Trump is behind bars? How stupid would that be.... damned stupid.

“I think Roberts and maybe ACB or Kave-inaugh would vote with the leftists to allow the feral judicial process to go forward.”

Ok, that reasons out. Their hesitancy is probably due to uncertainty on how the USSC would rule, considering how left-leaning Roberts and the other supposedly rightie justices sometimes lean.

“Demonkkraps are doing is beyond abusing their offices in NY, FL, MI, DC and GA”

One correction, it isn’t the Democrats. In places like FL and GA it is corrupt members of the GOP who are doing the dirty deeds.

The people who control things would be very happy if a tamed Rep like DeSantis or Christie gets to the White House.
