The IRS has placed a lien on Rudy Giuliani's $4.5 million penthouse after accusing the fallen attorney of owing more than half a million dollars in unpaid taxes, DailyMail.com can reveal.

The federal tax agency claims the 79-year-old former New York City mayor owes $549,435.26 in unpaid income taxes for 2021, according to a notice filed in court in Palm Beach County, Florida.

The IRS placed a lien on Giuliani's penthouse in Palm Beach, just three miles north of former President Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence.

If Giuliani doesn't pay up, the September 1 lien allows the IRS to seize some of the profits from Giuliani's condo if it were to be sold.

Yes, this didn’t happen overnight and he’s been working this likely for years to reach the point of a lien,

right, never mind the fact that he’s defended Trump and challenged election officials of their corruption. Just a coincidence. I mean really, its not like there are a rash of biden administration officials targetting those ossociated with Trump. right?

It’s all part of the DOJ’s divide and conquer project. Legally harass and persecute everyone in Trump’s inner circle until they’re bankrupt and desperate to be left alone to live out their days.

When they reach that point, all they need do is provise the statements the DOJ needs to assist in their prosecution of Trump.

Once you realize all of the government’s alphabet agencies serve as the Secret Service for Democrat criminals, it will all make sense.

Maybe Rudy can get a wealthy lawyer friend to pay all his back taxes, and fees, just like Hunter did. I don’t recall the government putting a lien on anything of Hunter’s, for the back taxes he owed.

Along with the DOJ and FBI, the Democrats are weaponizing the IRS. There needs to be a significant house cleaning with death penalties liberally applied to these organizations.

It’s pretty easy to prove if he paid his taxes. Could you prove if you paid yours? I sure as hell can prove that mine were paid.

The IRS doesn’t just slap a lien on a home. There is a lot of communication with the taxpayer before it gets to that point. It’s just this is the first move that is public.

Either he did or he didn’t. Why is this so difficult?

Big joke, small laugh. Trump held a fundraiser for Rudy at Mar-a-lago a short time ago.

Have you ever dealt with the IRS? I have. This type of move is towards the end of a process, not the start.

Many folks on this thread don’t understand how the world works. But they are ready to believe Rudy without even hearing his side of the argument/discussion.

Have you ever been audited?

You guys act like they wake up on Thursday morning and decide to “get” Rudy. That’s absurd, Alex Jones, thinking.

You will be continually disappointed with the world if you continue to listen to those fools instead of taking just a minute to understand how this stuff works.

Trump didn’t help any of his folks in 2018 or 2022. He is a cheap guy when it comes to helping others get elected.
