This was a 7th grade kid with priors including attempted carjacking when he was 12….in 6 th grade. Yet DC social services did not remove this kid from an obviously dysfunctional “family” …..they are worthless POS prob highly overpaid for shuffling paper. And prob Black from the community supposed to serve.
Fact is they don’t care, nobody cares, just another Black kid everyone here is saying deserved to die and be gone from society,
We really need to be honest enough to establish residential boarding schools removed from urban jungles such as on farms, ranches, military-school type discipline etc…to send these young kids upon an honest assessment they have no competent adult guardians.
Interesting concept. Just make sure the inmates aren't running the asylum, or the graduates will be worse than they were when they entered the school.

So true. The kid never had a chance. It’s all due to the environment in which these children are raised. No father, no discipline, no love, no borders,...no one cares. They receive no education but only indoctrination. Everything is the fault of someone else and the someone else is mainly white people. Millions of tax-payer dollars are spent to keep these people mired in the very situations that harm them the most.
My niece married a very nice young black guy she met in high-school. They have been married 12 years and have three children with another on the way. Both of them work hard, although she recently quit a very high-paying job in order to be a stay at home mother and house-wife. He is in law-enforcement and receives commendations for his work. I’ve never heard him speak in “ebonics” or act in anyway in what some people call “black culture”.
He was raised in a two-parent family in which he was expected to obey the rules, excel in school, and be respectful to others. As a parent, he coaches one son’s soccer team and the other’s baseball team. All the parents clamor to have their child on his team as he is very well respected in the community, patient with the kids, and good at coaching. He is a great husband and parent and we love having him in the family.
My nephew-in-law’s only advantage was two parents who set expectations and goals and demanded he meet them. They are not rich as his mother is a school teacher and his father a mechanic. As I said, the thug culture is all due to environment in which the children are raised and that is on the government agencies that require children to be raised in that manner.
