New Orleans has heavily used trolley lines.

Philadelphia has trolley lines.

“Who still has trollies besides San Francisco?”

I don’t know of any city with an actual trolley system. Modern light rail or streetcars are multiple axle and they often function in multi-unit consists and are often inter-urban transit.

Birney cars were an example of small, two-axle neighborhood trolleys that used to be common in the US.

The automobile made them obsolete.
