First of all it’s worth pointing out that it was a loaded question. There were no insurrections at the capitol on Jan. 6th unless you want to count the undercover officers who instigated violence or the Congress critters who staged the whole event. That having been said, DeSantis mentioned none of this when he responded and apparently accepted the left-wing premise that J6 was an insurrection instigated by over zealous Trump supporters.

No, it’s not really a damn shame. Do you think it would have been better if he had hidden his willingness to stab the MAGA movement in the back until he got elected president in 2028? He would have been the same disingenuous, bought and paid for Ron that he’s always been, but would be in a position to betray us. We should be grateful that he outed himself sooner rather than later.
