The shooting in Lewiston was odd. I understand the shooter picked a place (bar and bowling alley celebration) where people wouldn’t be carrying. But I thought SOMEONE would have shot back.
Then the whole Trump ballot blocking thing.
I also read about a large number of rural homes in Maine being purchase by Chinese nationals and kitted out with 300amp electric; service to grow pot.
Maine sounds like it’s on the verge of becoming like NH - a former American state that’s purple, trending blue.
Or maybe it’s the media. The times I’ve been there, the people seem normal.
