That’s a huge percentage. Which means that huge numbers of his fellow Democrats think that way about Biden.
These are grim numbers for The Vegetable. Considering that a majority of the remaining 31% couldn’t identify Biden in a photo.

31% of Americans have likely never been around someone with dementia. They believe it’s like “Cuckoo’s Nest.”
Dementia like Joe’s is slow moving; He loses a little bit at a time. You can see it in his speaking. You can also see it in his movements. You can see it when he “scrunches” his face when he loses his train of thought. You can see it with his bursts of anger. You can see the confusion.
Dementia like the kind Joe has is slow moving…until it isn’t. Then it is brutally fast. He will be operating “nominally” on a Monday….by Friday he will have suffered multiple strokes and he will never be seen alive again.
Acuity not with standing, democrats will vote for him anyhow as he has proven self to be a reliable nation wrecker.
