Evidentiary hearing for Elic's retrial is going from bad to worse today. Juror "Z" testified she was definitely influenced by Becky's comments and admonitions during the original murder trial.

Now for the blockbuster: Jurors are sitting together in the jury room pending and following their testimony today. Their cell phones were not confiscated prior to today's proceedings. They have been watching Court TV on their cell phones today! Stay tuned...
