You are correct. That said, ain’t gonna work. We have to see him at least a few times before the election. American already have the opinion he is too old. This is nearly impossible to change. They are pretty much guaranteed a loss if he makes it to November. This leads me to believe the Dems will force him out and roll the dice with Newsome. Maybe Klobuchar too. She would be a pretty decent candidate.

Agreed. Newsome would give Trump a run for his money. He’s much younger (an issue, valid or not), smart, glib, and telegenic. He’s a formidable opponent.
