If only adultery were a crime in Georgia, as it still is in some states. Wisconsin has the highest fine potential, up to $10,000, whereas Oklahoma has the longest prison possibility, up to 5 years. Ms. Willis picked the best state for her; Georgia doesn’t even consider it a misdemeanor.
