Hungarian fried chicken? Recipe?
Publix has excellent freshly made fried chicken.
Saves washing dirty pots and mess derp frying anything makes on kitchen range.
Chicken pieces in an egg bath, then dredged in extra fine bread crumbs with parley flakes, onion & garlic powder and a dash of paprika, let rest for a bit, and then I fry it in Crisco. It's a many hundreds of years old family recipe.
My family recipes have crazy measurement, IF there are any, so please don't ask me for that! :-)
