If Fani was a white, powerful, Republican male D.A., having a sexual relationship with a subordinate female he’d specifically hired, and paid with tax payer money, he’d already been driven from office. It’s the classic example of what Democrats used to define as sexual harassment.
I wonder if the judge will find a way to keep Fani in place (after scolding her in court) and just tell her that she needs to replace Wade with a different prosecutor. It may depend on how much he wants her to be able to get a conviction before November.
