Donald Trump did that job, by unleashing $25M in despicable attack ads, that started airing shortly after DeSantis’ historic re-election in Nov. 2022. Trump has divided the Gop with vicious attacks on
tdesantis and Hailey .
He wasn’t even a Republican in 2012 .
The gop turn out has been low .

Trump’s pitiful little $25 million ads would be nothing compared to the entire mainstream media and DOJ attacks. If that’s what really destroyed his candidacy he wouldn’t stand a chance in a general election. I like Desantis, but I think he self destructed, starting with deciding to run against Trump.
