An engineer without a background in finance running a company as large as Boeing is useless, especially attracting investors/possible shareholders. Group effort and the issue with DEI did not rise under MBA programs. That crap comes from political pressure based on people who vote and elect their Reps/Presidents running Administrative Law. Why are “The People” constantly electing weak leadership?
