This should be the headline, not that Garvey is ahead. Now if Garvey had more votes than all the dems combined, that might make a story. But the fact that the state of California cannot have an accurate count of votes nearly two weeks after an election should be a scandal.

Computer barcoded ballots, easily scanned by computer to tally the votes. But... "they" say the envelopes need to have signatures verified, by humans. So much for digitizing ballots to make voting "fair". How many ballots are discarded because signatures are shown to be Republican? That swings votes to the Democrats, regardless of how the people cast votes. Lots of time wasted by humans "verifying" signatures on envelopes.
