Right now, CA is just practicing slow rolling the vote count so it will be perfected when it is needed in Nov.

They need to do that in Michigan and Pennsylvania but it's completely unnecessary in California. The Democrat always win no matter what. No need for fraud.

Actually, I think much of CA democrat victories over the decades has been due to a lot of fraud, not all, but many.
