Islamophobia in California? Yeah with good cause
On December 2, 2015, a terrorist attack, consisting of a mass shooting and an attempted bombing, occurred at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, California, United States. The perpetrators, Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik, a married couple living in the city of Redlands, targeted a San Bernardino County Department of Public Health training event and Christmas party of about 80 employees in a rented banquet room. Fourteen people were killed and 22 others were seriously injured. Farook was an American born citizen of Pakistani descent, who worked as a health department employee. Malik was a Pakistani-born green card holder. After the shooting, the couple fled in a rented Ford Expedition SUV. Four hours later, police pursued their vehicle and killed them in a shootout, which also left two officers injured.

In the latest attack on Christmas by California politicians, Governor Newsom decided to cancel the annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony at the California Capitol. The tree, prominently placed outside the State Capitol Building in Sacramento, symbolizes a festive tradition observed in every state capital for children and families alike. The lighting typically brings people together, transcending political divides. But the Governor’s decision halted a 92-year-old tradition.
The reason? Far-Left pro-Palestinian protestors, from the Sacramento Regional Coalition for Palestinian Rights, had threatened to disrupt the event — calling for “no celebrations while silent on genocide” in the Gaza Strip.
“With the grace of Allah almighty, the Martyr Izz ad-Din Al-Qassam Brigades announced the introduction of Shawaz (1) armor-piercing explosive device into service. The sapper units of Al-Qassam [Brigades] detonated one of the devices on intruding enemy vehicles in their last raid on the Jenin camp, proving its highly destructive capabilities. Engineers of the unit continue to work day and night to produce the highest number of devices and develop newer versions of it. It is a jihad of victory or martyrdom.”

Netanyahu: After hearing the wise words of the statesman Governor Newsom today I have ordered a permanent ceasefire and total withdrawal of Israeli troops and settlers. The governor is arranging a meeting with the new leader of Gaza. I look forward to it.
Maybe he should call for a ceasefire in California towns first.
