The CIA may have funded ISIS but the CIA doesn’t control ISIS. ISIS is not a mercenary army. They’ll take money wherever they can get it, but their allegiance is to Islam, not the CIA.
Our proxy wars in Syria and Ukraine are not working. This is a coup. The globalists require Russian natural resources and the slave labor to obtain them.
