The bridge will have to be renamed, per the park service:

“Despite any objections Key had to the institution of slavery, he chose to take part in its proliferation. Key most likely purchased his first enslaved person in 1800 or 1801, and by 1820 he owned six enslaved people.”

Except the Park Service does not OWN the Bridge. The City of Baltimore and MD DOT owns/owned the bridge which is part of the Federal Interstate System as a spur highway. So, no- the bridge named for the writer of the US National Anthem, will not have its name changed. The opposition, even in Baltimore would be huge.
